By using ET PARLAYS Lab, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. These Terms are written plainly on purpose. We want you to understand them.
ET PARLAYS Lab is a sports analytics platform operated by ET Parlays LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. The platform provides:
Model-generated grades, scores, and insights are based on statistical formulas and historical data. These models are not guarantees of future performance and may be incorrect.
ET PARLAYS Lab's analysis is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or directed by any sportsbook. We may participate in sportsbook affiliate programs. See §5 (Affiliate Disclosures) for what that means and how we keep it separate from our picks.
All content on ET PARLAYS Lab, including player grades, prop insights, Narrative Signals, and model-generated analysis, is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

You must be 21 years of age or older (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use ET PARLAYS Lab. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Access requires a paid subscription (ET Plus or ET Pro), purchased at checkout. A free tier is planned but is not open yet. The one part of ET you can use without an account is Slip Check, at etparlays.com/check. Members who joined during the invite-only beta keep their existing access.
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to the platform at any time, for any reason, without notice.
You can submit and share picks and Lab Slips within the app. By doing so, you agree to the following:

In plain English: you're responsible for what you do with the app. If your actions cause us legal cost, you cover it.
Each ET PARLAYS Lab account is for the personal, non-commercial use of one individual. You may not share your login credentials with another person, allow another person to use your account, or create accounts on behalf of others.
Multiple devices used by the same person are fine. Multiple people on one account are not.
We may suspend or revoke accounts that show signs of being shared, used commercially, or used by anyone other than the person who agreed to these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we'll do our best to notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
A. Try to work it out first. If you have a dispute with us, email support@etparlays.com and we'll genuinely try to resolve it within 30 days. Most things can be settled this way.
B. Binding arbitration. If we can't resolve a dispute through email within 30 days, both you and ET Parlays LLC agree to settle it through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS if both sides agree. One arbitrator decides. The decision is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction.
C. Class action waiver. Disputes are handled individually. You agree not to bring or join a class action, consolidated proceeding, or representative action against us. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration clause is void and disputes go to the Maricopa County courts described below.
D. Jury trial waiver. Both sides waive any right to a jury trial.
E. Court exception. Either side may go to the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona for emergency injunctive or equitable relief (for example, to stop ongoing trademark infringement or unauthorized scraping). You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for that purpose.
F. Costs. Each side pays its own attorneys' fees and shares the arbitrator's fees equally, unless the arbitrator decides otherwise under applicable law.
ET PARLAYS Lab depends on third-party services to operate: data providers, hosting, authentication, odds feeds, and image recognition. We're not liable for downtime, missing data, delayed grading, or service failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:
If a third-party service we depend on shuts down, changes terms, or breaks our integration, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the affected features without notice.
Any legal claim or dispute you have against ET Parlays LLC must be filed within one (1) year of the date it first arose. After one year, the claim is permanently barred. This shortened limitations period is enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Survival. Sections covering liability, indemnification, intellectual property, dispute resolution, time limits on claims, and any other provisions that should reasonably survive continue to apply even after you stop using the app or your account is closed.
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court or arbitrator, the rest of the Terms still applies. The unenforceable part will be read as narrowly as needed to keep the rest valid.
Entire Agreement. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any Additional Terms shown in the app) are the entire agreement between you and ET Parlays LLC regarding the app, and supersede any prior conversations, DMs, posts on X, or beta-tester chats about the same subject.
ET Plus and ET Pro are paid subscriptions billed through Stripe. You choose a monthly or annual plan at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
Cancel anytime. You can cancel either plan at any time from Settings or the Stripe customer portal. No email required, no phone call. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
30-day money-back guarantee (annual plans). If you buy an annual plan and you are not satisfied, email billing@etparlays.com within 30 days of your first payment on that subscription and we will refund it in full. No forms, no questions asked. The guarantee applies to the initial annual purchase, not to later renewal charges; you can cancel before a renewal to avoid being billed again.
Monthly plans are not covered by the money-back guarantee. You can cancel anytime before your next monthly charge, so leaving never costs you more than the month you are already in. Where required by applicable law, you keep any refund or cancellation rights that apply regardless of this policy.

This policy was rewritten in September 2026 after we reviewed it against how the app operates and handles your information. Where the policy and our practices disagreed, we corrected whichever was wrong. What follows is the information you provide, who receives it, how long it is kept, and what you can do about it.
ET Parlays LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, operates ET PARLAYS Lab and is the entity that collects and processes the information described in this Privacy Policy.
Account information
When you sign up we collect your email address, a display name, and a password, which our authentication provider (Supabase) stores only as a hash. Before you can use the app we ask for your date of birth to confirm you are 21 or older, and we record that you accepted these Terms and which version. Your display name is visible to other signed-in members in shared features: the friends list, the shared board, and the count of who is online.
What you do in the app
For signed-in members we record product events: which tabs and features you open, legs you add, slips you save, Slip Check runs, your onboarding answers, notification settings, and checkout steps. Each event carries your account id and a random id for that app session. These records do not include your IP address, your browser details, or the text of anything you paste into Slip Check.
Slip Check
When you upload a betslip screenshot it is sent to Anthropic, our vision provider, to read the legs. Nothing that identifies you goes with it. Section 2.4 sets out exactly what we keep afterwards.
Emails and notifications
We keep a record of each email we send you: which one, when, and whether it was delivered, bounced, or marked as spam. If you turn on push notifications we store the subscription your browser gives us so we can deliver them.
Technical information
Our hosting provider (Vercel) receives your IP address and browser details on every request, the way any website's host does. We use your IP address in two specific places of our own, both to stop abuse: the waitlist form, where we keep a daily count per address, and the public slip-check box, where we keep a one-way hash that changes every day. We never ask for your location, and we do not build a device fingerprint.
How you found us
When you first arrive we note the domain of the site that referred you (the domain only, never the full page you came from), any campaign tags in the link, and the page you landed on. It stays in your browser and is attached to your account when you sign in, so we can tell which channels bring people who stay.
Payments
Stripe handles payments on Stripe's own pages. Your card number never reaches our servers. We receive and keep your Stripe customer id, plan, subscription status, and renewal date.
Feedback and messages
Feedback you send in the app, and messages you exchange with friends through the collaboration features, are stored so the feature works and so we can read the feedback.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for advertising targeting, and we run no advertising, remarketing, or cross-site tracking technology of any kind.
These companies process your information so ET Parlays can run. Each one receives only what is listed.
Supabase (database, sign-in, real-time features). Holds the account and product data described above. supabase.com/privacy
Vercel (hosting, and page-view counts). Sees every request to the site. It also runs the page-view counter described in §2.5. vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
Stripe (payments). Receives your email address and account id when you check out, and handles your card and billing details on its own pages. stripe.com/privacy
Anthropic (reads your Slip Check screenshots). Receives the image and nothing else about you. anthropic.com/legal/privacy
Resend (email delivery). Receives your address and the contents of each email we send you, and reports back whether it arrived. resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
Operational alerts. When someone subscribes, a payment fails, or a system check trips, an alert goes out through a third-party messaging service we use for operations. Those alerts identify an account by a short reference code, never by name or email address.
Other services your browser reaches. The bot check on the sign-in and sign-up pages, and the web fonts on every page, are served by third-party networks that see your IP address for those requests. If you turn on notifications, your browser's own push service delivers them. None of these receives your account information from us.
Sports data providers. Schedules, statistics, odds, weather, player photos and team logos come from third-party and public sports data sources. What we send them is the sport, the date, a player or team, or a venue, and never anything about you. Some of that content is loaded by your browser directly rather than through our servers, and those sites see your IP address for that request, the same as any website you visit. We may change or add data sources without notice.
Where no period is given below, we keep the information until you delete your account.
You can delete your account and its data instantly in-app under Settings in the profile menu, or by emailing support@etparlays.com, which we process within 30 days. Deletion is all or nothing today: there is no way to delete a single saved slip or clear your Slip Check history on its own. Some data may be kept longer where the law requires it, for example financial or tax records.
We do not set cookies. ET Parlays uses no cookies of its own, and no advertising, remarketing, or cross-site tracking technology.
We do use your browser's local storage, which is a place a website can keep small pieces of data on your device. We use it for:
Separately, every page loads a page-view counter run by Vercel. It sets no cookie. It receives the address of the page, the site that referred you, and your browser's user-agent string, from which it works out a device type and a country. It does not receive your name, your email, or your account id, and we send it no custom events.
Your browser also fetches web fonts, and sports statistics and images directly from the sports data providers described in §2.3. On the sign-in and sign-up pages it loads a third-party bot check. Each of those sees your IP address for that request, the same as when you visit any website. None of them receives your account information from us.
You can clear everything we store on your device from your browser's site-data settings.
ET PARLAYS Lab is not intended for users under 21 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
Depending on where you live, you have rights regarding your personal data. We honor the following on request, regardless of jurisdiction:

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not, there is nothing here to opt out of under state "do not sell or share" rules. If that ever changes we will update this section and say so plainly before it takes effect.

Before the public launch on July 21, 2026, ET PARLAYS Lab was invite-only and beta testers agreed not to share the app publicly. That restriction ended at public launch. Members are welcome to share screenshots of their picks, slips, and results, publicly or privately.

There are no affiliate links in the app right now. ET Parlays does not send a click, a device, or anything about your account to any sportsbook or affiliate network, and no sportsbook pays us anything today. The rest of this section is the commitment we are making for when that changes, because we have applied to programs and expect it to.
Before the first tracked link appears, we will mark affiliate links in the product, update §2 to say what those links carry and what the partner can see, and say so in a release note. We are not going to quietly switch it on under language written in advance.
ET Parlays LLC may participate in affiliate programs with sportsbooks and betting operators. If you click such a link and sign up, deposit, or place a bet at the destination sportsbook, we may earn a commission, a referral fee, or other compensation from that sportsbook. This is called a material connection under the FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255).
We will disclose these relationships here, in line where affiliate links appear, and with a clear visual indicator on the link itself.
