ET Parlays is a research tool that grades player props and parlays. It is not a sportsbook: no money is wagered here and no bets are placed through us. For anything about your account, your plan, or a page that looks wrong, email support@etparlays.com.

support@etparlays.com reaches Eddie, the founder. One person reads it, so give it a day or two. Your account, a page that looks wrong, a grade that looks wrong to you, or a question the pages below do not answer: all of it belongs here.
Change or cancel a plan
Open Settings from the profile menu in the Lab and tap Manage Subscription. That opens your billing page, where you can switch plans, update a card, or cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your access until the period you paid for ends. Annual plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee: email billing@etparlays.com within 30 days of the first payment and it is refunded in full.
Delete your account
Open Settings from the profile menu and tap Delete Account. It removes your account, Lab Slips, picks and connections immediately and cannot be undone. If you would rather have it done for you, email support@etparlays.com from the address on your account; you get a confirmation and it is processed within 30 days. The Privacy Policy covers what is kept and for how long.
