ET PARLAYS Lab is a sports analytics platform operated by ET Parlays LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. The platform provides:
Model-generated grades, scores, and insights are based on statistical formulas and historical data. These models are not guarantees of future performance and may be incorrect.
ET PARLAYS Lab's analysis is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or directed by any sportsbook. We may participate in sportsbook affiliate programs — see §5 (Affiliate Disclosures) for what that means and how we keep it separate from our picks.
All content on ET PARLAYS Lab — including player grades, prop insights, Narrative Signals, and model-generated analysis — is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

The app is currently invite-only. Access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to the platform at any time, for any reason, without notice.
You can submit and share picks, Lab Slips, and board posts within the app. By doing so, you agree to the following:

In plain English: you're responsible for what you do with the app. If your actions cause us legal cost, you cover it.
ET PARLAYS Lab may offer the ability to leave a voluntary tip or financial contribution to support the development of the app. These tips are entirely optional and may be processed through our own payment system or a third-party platform.
By leaving a tip, you acknowledge and agree that:
Each ET PARLAYS Lab account is for the personal, non-commercial use of one individual. You may not share your login credentials with another person, allow another person to use your account, or create accounts on behalf of others.
Multiple devices used by the same person are fine. Multiple people on one account are not.
We may suspend or revoke accounts that show signs of being shared, used commercially, or used by anyone other than the person who agreed to these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we'll do our best to notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
A. Try to work it out first. If you have a dispute with us, email etparlays@gmail.com and we'll genuinely try to resolve it within 30 days. Most things can be settled this way.
B. Binding arbitration. If we can't resolve a dispute through email within 30 days, both you and ET Parlays LLC agree to settle it through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS if both sides agree. One arbitrator decides. The decision is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction.
C. Class action waiver. Disputes are handled individually. You agree not to bring or join a class action, consolidated proceeding, or representative action against us. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration clause is void and disputes go to the Maricopa County courts described below.
D. Jury trial waiver. Both sides waive any right to a jury trial.
E. Court exception. Either side may go to the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona for emergency injunctive or equitable relief (for example, to stop ongoing trademark infringement or unauthorized scraping). You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for that purpose.
F. Costs. Each side pays its own attorneys' fees and shares the arbitrator's fees equally, unless the arbitrator decides otherwise under applicable law.
ET PARLAYS Lab depends on third-party services to operate — data providers, hosting, authentication, odds feeds, and image recognition. We're not liable for downtime, missing data, delayed grading, or service failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:
If a third-party service we depend on shuts down, changes terms, or breaks our integration, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the affected features without notice.
Any legal claim or dispute you have against ET Parlays LLC must be filed within one (1) year of the date it first arose. After one year, the claim is permanently barred. This shortened limitations period is enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Survival. Sections covering liability, indemnification, intellectual property, dispute resolution, time limits on claims, and any other provisions that should reasonably survive — continue to apply even after you stop using the app or your account is closed.
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court or arbitrator, the rest of the Terms still applies. The unenforceable part will be read as narrowly as needed to keep the rest valid.
Entire Agreement. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any Additional Terms shown in the app) are the entire agreement between you and ET Parlays LLC regarding the app, and supersede any prior conversations, DMs, posts on X, or beta-tester chats about the same subject.

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. We keep it simple.
ET Parlays LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, operates ET PARLAYS Lab and is the entity that collects and processes the information described in this Privacy Policy.
Account Information
When you sign up, we collect your email address and create a user profile. This is handled through Supabase, our authentication and database provider.
Usage Data
We collect data on how you use the app, including Lab Slips and picks you create or publish, board posts and messages you send, and app interactions such as tab navigation, button taps, session timing, and feature usage. This data is used to understand which parts of the app are working and to improve the product.
Technical Data
We may collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device type, and IP address to help us maintain and improve the app.
Betslip Images
When you use Slip Check, you upload screenshots of betslips from sportsbooks or pick'em platforms. These images are processed by a third-party vision/OCR provider (see 2.3) to extract player names and prop lines so we can grade your slip. No personal account information is sent with the image.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising targeting.
Supabase — Stores and manages your data securely including authentication and real-time features. supabase.com/privacy
Vercel — Hosts and deploys the app. Basic performance data may be processed. vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
The Odds API — Provides current sportsbook odds. No personal data is shared with this service.
MLB Stats API — We use MLB's official Stats API (statsapi.mlb.com) to retrieve game schedules, venue data, weather conditions, probable pitchers, and player statistics. This is a publicly available API provided by MLB. No personal user data is shared with this service.
Baseball Savant — We use Baseball Savant (baseballsavant.mlb.com), operated by MLB, to retrieve Statcast metrics including exit velocity, barrel rate, and advanced player performance data. This data is publicly available. No personal user data is shared with this service.
NBA Stats — We use the NBA's public stats endpoints (stats.nba.com, cdn.nba.com) to retrieve game schedules, box scores, and advanced player and team metrics. This data is publicly available. No personal user data is shared with this service.
KBO Official Site — We use the Korea Baseball Organization's official site (koreabaseball.com) to retrieve KBO game schedules, probable starters, standings, and team statistics. This data is publicly available. No personal user data is shared with this service.
NPB Official Site — We use Nippon Professional Baseball's official site (npb.jp) to retrieve NPB game schedules and team data. This data is publicly available. No personal user data is shared with this service.
Image Recognition Provider — Our Slip Check feature uses a third-party vision/OCR provider to read text from betslip screenshots you upload. Only the uploaded image is sent; no personal account information or player data is included. We reserve the right to change or add providers at any time without notice.
Affiliate Networks (when applicable) — Where we participate in sportsbook affiliate programs (see §5), we may use affiliate network tracking to attribute clicks for commission. This typically involves a click ID or sub-ID parameter appended to the outbound link. No personal account information (email, username, password) is shared with the sportsbook through the affiliate link itself.
We retain different categories of data for different lengths of time:
You can delete your account and personal data instantly in-app under Settings in the profile menu. You can also request deletion by emailing etparlays@gmail.com — we'll confirm and process within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer where required by law (for example, financial or tax records).
We may use cookies and browser local storage to maintain your session and remember your preferences. We don't use third-party tracking cookies for advertising. When you click an affiliate link to a sportsbook (see §5), the destination sportsbook may set its own cookies and tracking identifiers to attribute your visit — we don't control those. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
ET PARLAYS Lab is not intended for users under 21 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
Depending on where you live, you have rights regarding your personal data. We honor the following on request, regardless of jurisdiction:

These obligations apply while you have beta access and for one year after your access ends. We may revoke access at any time if this section is violated.
ET Parlays LLC may participate in affiliate programs with sportsbooks and betting operators. When you click a link in our app and sign up, deposit, or place a bet at the destination sportsbook, we may earn a commission, a referral fee, or other compensation from that sportsbook. This is called a material connection under the FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255).
We disclose these relationships here, in-line where affiliate links appear, and through clear visual indicators on link buttons (such as a "Bet at [Sportsbook]" label or a small disclosure icon).

Affiliate revenue does not override our responsibility to promote safe play. See §3 (Responsible Gambling Disclaimer). If participation in an affiliate program would ever require us to compromise responsible-gambling language, accuracy, or transparency — we'll walk away from the program.
